Guidelines for a Safe and Respectful Stay
Student Priority
- EBS accommodations are primarily for current students.
- Graduates and external guests may stay if space is available but must respect student
priority.
Booking and Documentation
- Ensure your personal details provided are accurate.
- Only those listed on the booking may stay in the accommodation.
- A valid ID, passport or other personal documentation is required upon check-in.
- If you need to change your booking, contact the accommodation immediately. While we'll try
to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed.
- Ensure you meet all passport, visa, and health requirements for travel.
Behavior and Conduct
- Respect fellow guests, EBS staff, and accommodation rules.
- Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
- No drugs or alcohol are allowed in accommodation premises.
- Smoking is prohibited in non-designated areas.
- EBS will not be held responsible for legal issues arising from violations of local laws.
Reporting and Lost Items
- If you encounter any problems with accommodation, report them to EBS staff immediately.
- Report lost items immediately to an EBS representative. Items will be held for 7 days
before being donated.
- EBS is not responsible for lost or left-behind items.
Additional Information
- Promotional filming and photography may occur at EBS accommodations.
- EBS reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all stays and conduct.
- We aim to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all guests.
- Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from EBS
accommodations without refund.
